ENOUGHLY ORGANIZED: Consider that a FILE CABINET may work best for “dead” storage–paper you only need to hold and occasionally access. You probably need a different system for “live” papers that you are still working with.
ENOUGHLY ORGANIZED: Life is constantly changing. As you get one pile of anything cleaned up, sorted, or put away, another pile is developing. Let yourself off the hook about “FINISHING.” It’ll never be. But it can be close enough.
ENOUGHLY ORGANIZED: Being organized is about RETRIEVAL. Can you put your hand on the thing in a short period of time AND without tearing up your space to find it.
